.*DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE * NO EXTRA PERSON PLEASE COME ALONE Time slots become unavailable at the time of your booking, therefore not showing up to your appointment prohibits the time from being made available for other customers. *NO SHOW – Your appointment will be automatically canceled if you are 10 minutes late if you are 15 minutes late there is $20 late fee . Please be courteous & give a call if you have delays *RESCHEDULING – Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your appointment *LASHES – Unclean lashes with product residue will attract a $10 fee for a lash bath prior to refill. Refills should only be booked if the original lashes were done by this studio, WE DO NOT CORRECT OR WORK OVER THE WORK OF OTHER ESTHETICIANS REMAINING BLANCE MUST BE PAYED IN STUDIO. *CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – card payments are welcome, however, if you choose to pay the remaining balance using a card, an additional 3% %+ tax will be charged . We Accept Cash ***ALLERGIC REACTIONS/IRRITATION*** – Please inform the aesthetician of any known allergic/pre-existing skin conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, etc. If you have sensitive skin, are prone to sunburn, breakouts, or rashes, please research the treatment you are having done. At the time of your appointment, the aesthetician will further educate you about the procedure, specific ingredients & what to expect.
